Lie down the first few times the balls are used. Then it is easier to find the pelvic floor muscles. Bend your legs slightly and insert your Britt hairpins. The last ball should be placed just inside the opening of the vagina and the cord should hang outside. Don’t forget to put lubricant on the balls, as well as a little in the sheath opening. It facilitates insertion and prevents possible irritation in the vagina. Please use silicone lubricant from Belladot. Relax your muscles, remember to breathe calmly and take deep breaths. Now gently pinch the sphincter muscle and continue pinching forward along the vagina and up towards the urethra. Lift inwards and upwards towards the navel – imagine pulling a zip up from the end upwards. Squeeze the balls with the pelvic floor muscles for 2 seconds, relax for 10 seconds, squeeze for 2 seconds again, etc. Important to tense only the pelvic floor muscles, not the stomach, thighs, jaws or other body parts. It is recommended that this exercise be done as a preventive measure every day, preferably 2 times a day for 8-20 weeks, and then repeat the exercise a little from time to time. If you already have problems with leakage, you should exercise at least 4 times a day.
